The cylinder is heated by heating element in an open oil bath. The temperature of the cylinder is set by the touch screen and regulated electronically with tolerance ±1°C. The temperature control is equipped with an alarm system and a limitation system of maximum temperature (230°C). NOMEX felt with tension adjustment system and automatic felt-centering device.
